Knock, Knock! Who's There? - By Val Hawthorne
Product Description
Initially written as an informal play for very young children in a church congregation, Knock, Knock! Who's There? is a nativity play for the very young with no rehearsals necessary!
One or two adults are required to tell the Christmas story, during which children knock at a door while dressed as the relevant biblical characters. You’ll need lots of costumes, as well as a woodblock and someone to ‘knock, knock’ at various intervals. Most of the songs use tunes that everyone will know and there are no difficult words to learn. Speaking parts for children are kept simple and minimal and no rehearsals are required - children can come along on the day, dress up and join in!
The book includes full piano score, script (narration) and words for all the songs. The accompanying audio CD contains backing tracks for all the songs.
