If your product comes complete with a CD or if you purchase a CD separately, then the tracks on the CD can easily be converted to MP3 files by using, for example, the "Rip CD" option in the Windows Media Player on a PC. This will then enable you to use the tracks in digital format if your venue does not have a CD player available.

As with all musical performances, a Performance Licence from Edgy Productions will be required if you decide to stage this musical. As a general guideline, Performance Licences are usually £30 plus VAT if NOT CHARGING admission and £35 plus VAT if CHARGING admission. Recording and Duplication Licences are £30 plus VAT.

The performance licence will permit the holder to do the following:

• Perform a musical up to 5 times in one academic year, to a public audience, within your school.
• Reproduce song lyrics on paper or for display on interactive whiteboards or similar screens.
• Photocopy the script and score for the cast to learn the lines, and musicians to play the songs.

This licence does not allow performances in commercial establishments such as theatres. It is intended for performances in school where the public audience comprises parents, relatives and friends of the children putting on the show. For commercial licences, please contact the publisher direct.
